Vibrant Community Health Receives $3.2 Million to Reach Over 4,000 Individuals
Vibrant Community Health is excited to share some incredible news: we have received a $3.2 million investment that will allow us to expand our impact and serve more people than ever before. With this support, we will be able to connect with more than 4,000 individuals in our community, strengthening access to the services and supports people need to live healthy, independent lives.
This funding comes at a critical time. Every day, individuals and families in our community face barriers to accessing health and wellness services. Whether it’s limited income, transportation challenges, or systemic inequities, too many people struggle to get the care they need. This investment allows us to break down those barriers and extend our reach to thousands of individuals who might otherwise go without support. We are working with our North Toronto Ontario Health Team (NT OHT) to execute this plan, which includes increasing awareness and reaching those who currently are without a primary healthcare provider.
What this means for our community
More people served: Over 4,000 individuals will now be connected to Vibrant Community Health’s programs and services.
Stronger support networks: Clients will gain access to holistic, community-based health care that focuses not only on medical needs but also on wellness, inclusion, and independence.
