Fall Prevention Program: Strong & Steady

Strong and Steady is a free, eight-week fall prevention program designed to help older adults stay active, confident, and safe at home. Offered year-round, the program focuses on improving strength, balance, and overall well-being through guided exercises and practical education. Participants work with a physiotherapist and health promoter and learn about healthy aging, fall prevention, safe movement, medication awareness, nutrition, and creating safer home environments.
