Anushka is a results-oriented leader with substantial experience in global Real Estate operations and transformation, establishing innovation programs, embedding sustainability strategies across the real estate lifecycle from investments to operations and advancing operational capabilities. She has a foundation in Management Consulting, shaping and executing corporate strategies, implementing strategic and business planning processes, managing and leading business transformations and complex strategic initiatives involving multiple business functions for real estate, retail, professional services and the financial services industries. She has a strong interest in advancing the sustainability agenda to achieve higher levels of performance and value. With over 20 years of experience, she has a track record of achieving results contributing to the performance, profitability and overall sustainability of organizations across industries.

She is known for her ability to execute through people, relate and influence at all levels of the organization and strong communication skills.

Anushka holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University and an Honours Applied Studies Co-op degree from the University of Waterloo. She currently serves as a Board member at Sunnybrook Hospital and an Executive in Residence at the Ivey School of Business.
