Vibrant is now offering online appointment booking for phone and virtual appointments to existing clients who are registered in selected clinics/services.

You will need the following information to book an appointment online:

·        First Name

·        Last Name

·        Health Card Number

·        Date of Birth

Note that all 4 pieces of information above must match the information we have on file.  If your information has changed, please contact the clinic at 416-486-8666, option [1] and then [0] to speak with reception.
