Vibrant is proud to launch our 3-year strategic plan. This plan was developed in consultation with Vibrant clients, community members, staff, and partnering organizations. A fulsome booklet will be launched in the coming months and available on this page.

This page will be updated annually with progress reports on our strategy. At this time, we are glad to share our high level goals and directions.

Our Strategic Directions  

1. Deliver top-quality services for our clients through our healthcare, attendant care, and wellness programs.  

  • Advance quality and leading practices, and seamlessly integrate programs in across the organization 

2. Expand our reach through partnerships to better meet the needs of our community. 

  • Collaborate with partners to create new intake and referral pathways to and from Vibrant.

  • Transform the client intake process to grow our impact and reach.

3. Ensure equitable access and inclusive practices, by championing the Independent Living Philosophy, and prioritizing clients with barriers to care. 

• Enhanced program planning and learning (and teaching opportunities) to support inclusivity.
