We’re excited to announce that we are officially transitioning to a new name for our organization - Vibrant Community Health! Over the coming weeks, you’ll start seeing our updated name and logo across our website, social media, communications, and more.

Why the Change?

Over the past year and a half, we have connected with clients, community, and partner organizations to hear what matters most about Vibrant. We learned that our previous name, Vibrant Healthcare Alliance, felt more institutional and didn’t represent our organization’s culture. We wanted a name that better reflected our role as a community health organization—one that is welcoming, engaging, and directly connected to the people we serve. Vibrant Community Health emphasizes that we are a community-focused organization, reflected in our healthcare, attendant care services, and wellness programs; and in the culture we foster.

What’s Changing?

While our name and branding are evolving, our services remain the same. You will, however, notice updates to our visual identity, including:

✔ A new logo with vibrant, natural, and calming colours.

✔ Updated branding across our website (www.VibrantCommunityHealth.ca), social media, and flyers.

✔ New signage and materials reflecting the refreshed look.

This rebrand is an ongoing process, so you’ll see changes gradually—starting with our website, social media, at signage at our Vibrant Health Centre (at 2398 Yonge St), followed by flyers, banners, and other materials over time across all four of our sites.

What Remains Constant?

✔ We remain committed to our Vision, Mission, Values, the work we do, and the clients we serve.

✔ Our four locations remain unchanged (the Vibrant Health Centre and Vibrant Attendant Care Coxwell, Jarvis and Carlton sites).

✔ Our services, partnerships, and staff continue.

✔ Our phone numbers remain the same.

✔ Our emails will transition to a new format to (name)(last name first letter)@vibrantCH.ca, but messages sent to old addresses will still reach us.

A special thanks to the Vibrant Community Council, who have been instrumental in finalizing our new name and logo. We’re excited about this next chapter and look forward to continuing to serve our community—now as Vibrant Community Health!
